Welcome to the LEMoN website!

Our research is focused on machine learning methods for human brain image analysis. We are particularly interested in:

• The use of ex vivo techniques (ex vivo MRI, histology, dissection photography) to build models that can be applied to in vivo MRI of living people.
• The analysis of uncurated MRI exams with heterogeneous resolution and contrast, particularly clinical and portable low-field MRI.
